Returns & Exchange Policy

At Easee, we want your experience to feel as easy as the clothes you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within a few simple guidelines.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

● Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery.

● The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in its original condition, with tags intact.

● Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Reverse Shipment Charges

● A ₹100 charge will be applicable for reverse shipment.

● This amount will be deducted from your refund or charged during exchange processing.

Mandatory Quality Check

● All returned products undergo a mandatory Quality Check (QC) at the time of pickup and once received.

● Please ensure the product meets all required specifications before handing it over.

Important Notes

● Products that do not meet quality standards during QC will not be eligible for return or exchange.

● Once a product is rejected during QC, reapplication for return or exchange will not be allowed.
