All Easee products are made in India, crafted with care and designed for Indian weather, cities, and lifestyles.

3. How do I place an order?

Simply select your preferred size and design, add it to cart, and proceed to checkout. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once the payment is successful.

4. How long will my order take to ship?

Orders are usually processed within 3–6 business days. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days, depending on your location.

5. Do you ship across India?

Yes, we currently ship only within India through trusted courier partners.

6. Is shipping free?

Shipping charges, if any, are included in the product price, unless mentioned otherwise.

7. Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

8. What is your return or exchange policy?

Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.

9. Is there a return shipping charge?

Yes. A ₹100 reverse shipment charge will be applicable and will be deducted from the refund or charged during exchange processing.

10. What is the Quality Check (QC) process?

All returned items undergo a mandatory Quality Check during pickup and after reaching us. Please ensure the product meets all required specifications.

11. What happens if my return fails the Quality Check?

Products that do not meet quality standards are not eligible for return or exchange. Once rejected during QC, reapplication will not be allowed.

12. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
